In 2015, IPPF's South Asian Member Associations provided 11.2 million sexual and reproductive health services to young people under 25 years. This represents 43% of all services provided within the South Asian Region.

The most common types of services provided to young people in 2015 were contraceptive and HIV-related.

In addition, over 348,000 young people completed a comprehensive sexuality education programme delivered by Member Assocations.

Significantly, 100% of Member Associations within the South Asian Region have 20% or young people under 25 years of age on their governing body.
