Mr. Varun Anand – Director
Mr. Varun Anand, a Chartered Accountant by profession, joined IPPF SARO as Director on 29th March 2010. He brings with him 15 years of experience in customer relationship, programme management and project implementation, from working with a large NGO at the grass root level, to working with a multinational consulting firm across multiple domains. He has undertaken multiple assignments in the areas of ICT implementation strategy, Monitoring and Evaluation, Financial Management Systems, Management Information Systems, Financial & Technical feasibility for multilateral/bilateral organizations, national and international NGOs as well as a large number of central/state government bodies (in sectors including education, e-Governance (NeGP), health and rural development). Before joining IPPF SARO he was working with Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu India Pvt Ltd, New Delhi a Senior Manager. Some of you would also recall that he has been with SARO earlier when it was set up in Delhi in 2004 and played an instrumental role in establishing systems of financial management and internal control within SARO.
Mr. Sanjeev Juneja - Executive, Accounts
Sanjeev began his career at the United Nations Community Association, Afghanistan. Thereafter, he joined the office of the Comptroller and Auditor General in, where he designed and processed reports presented in the Indian parliment. Sanjeev has received certificates of merit for outstanding work done in developing application packages for audit India.
Mr. Amit Malik - Executive, Accounts
Amit has over 10 years of experience in the field of accounts. He began his career in a Chartered Accountant concern in Karnal (Haryana), India where he was involved in statutory audit of comp- anies etc.and Taxation matters. Thereafter, he joined the Arpana Trust, Karnal (Haryana) a large charitable organization which is running many projects for the welfare of children in Haryana and Delhi. In this organization he was handling accounting & financial reporting of Multi Donor funded projects. At IPPF SARO, Amit is responsible for maintenance of accounts and other financial records.
