Rajat has spent over 20 years in leading advertising agencies, where he specialised in mass media dissemination, advocacy, community mobilisation, and grassroot-level implementation. His experience spans education and training, child rights, gender issues, health care & family welfare, environment, and water and sanitation He has customized outreach programmes for Afghanistan, Bangladesh, India, Nepal and Sri Lanka, and Nepal. Rajat holds a Masters degree in Sociology and has been a visiting faculty at several reputed institutes in India.

Mr. Pradeep Patro Programme Officer Resource Mobilisation

Pradeep has over 10 years of experience in the corporate and voluntary sectors. He has been actively involved in capacity building, consulting and pro- moting national resource mobilisation in India as well as South Asia. In the corporate sector, he has offered strategy consulting to Fortune 500 companies and been an entre- preneur in the IT services sector. Pradeep has an MBA degree from the USA and an International Diploma in Computer Studies from the UK.
